Hello, I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself.  I am Michelle Roling and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who utilizes my skills in multiple venues.   I have extensive experience helping others work through issues such as: eating disorders, self-harming behaviors, anxiety, depression, LGBT concerns, relationships in transition, career, grief, families in transition, parenting struggles, chronic health concerns, trauma and family of origin concerns.  I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families in the therapy process.  In my primary position as the Eating Disorder Coordinator Iowa State University’s Student Counseling Services I facilitate eating disorder assessment and treatment for ISU students. In the private practice office I work with clients ages 5-95 on themes of eating disorders, body image, self-acceptance, self-harming behaviors and all mental health concerns.  Additionally, with my passion for training, teaching and raising awareness I founded this business presenting to audiences at large on topics surrounding eating disorders/self-harm, and multiple issues surrounding mental health.
