Fees are calculated based on the following guidelines:
Presentation Fee:
An hourly rate for time spent presenting/speaking/consulting
Travel:
Travel charges apply for all presentations greater than 60 miles from Adel, IA.
Air travel transportation:
Air transportation is required if the presentation is scheduled for more than 400 miles from Adel, IA.
Hotel accommodations:
May be required based on starting time/ending time of presentation- Is required if a flight is necessary.
Meals:
The per diem payment for meals while traveling
